Evocative Intuitive Fabric Paper Water Red Yellow Turquoise Beat Blow Emotion Thread Stitch Rhythm Dye Performance artist and U City resident Kirsty Martinsen paints and draws to the rhythms of Australian jazz brass band "Blow"; community artist Claire Wildish and the You See Art Studio Artists breath in the colours and textures of Kirsty's work then head next door to raid the Goodwill shop for fabrics and threads to up-cycle into sustainable wearable art. This exhibition has grown out of casual conversations, music, paint, pen, textiles and the magic of the community that lives between U City and Goodwill+You See Art on Pitt Street.
